Nothing special, but ok for the money paid

Nice place. Nice tent.

1- We had a problem at the arrival because we booked a luxury tent (with dinner and a game drive included), and they said that it wasn t possible through Booking app, even if we actually had confirmation. At the end the agreed on our terms but they say that is Booking fault (so please confirm with them by phone after booking through the app). 2- Gam drive included: nothing special, probably also because we didn’t get the best ranger, that seemed more interesting in finishing the tour fast then actually find some animals

Tent Escapade

Loved the closeness to the Numbi Gate. Loved the natural location. Saw a few predators right at the fence and a mother leopard and cubs not too far from the entrance.

The Distance from parking to units. It was extremely far after driving to the camp for 7 hours.

This camp offers exceptional value for the price. I found my stay to be enjoyable, the location ideal, and the perfect spot to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

1. The distance between the parking area and the tents is quite far, and lacks alternatives such as golf carts or similar modes of transportation. This can be especially challenging in extreme weather conditions such as extreme heat or rain, making the walk to the car feel like a difficult task. Unfortunately, parking next to the tent is not allowed, which can be inconvenient for individuals who need to frequently access their vehicle with bags or a cooler box. However, it has come to my attention that this rule is not uniformly enforced, as some individuals we checked in with were able to park by the tents without any consequences on the second day of their stay. This privilege does not seem to be reserved for individuals with special needs, leading to inconsistencies in the application of the rule. If a rule is put in place, it should be applied consistently to all guests, without exceptions or special privileges granted to some over others. And as a South African, you can guess whom parked by their tents without issues. 2. .Generally prefer to swim in the late afternoon and early evening. On a recent occasion, I was swimming as usual between 6-7pm when I was informed that swimming after dark was not permitted. Despite this rule, the staff allowed me to continue for an extra 5-10 minutes. It wasn't until the next day when I encountered a group of individuals, possibly of German or Dutch descent ( their language is closer to Afrikaans), who were swimming and ordering drinks past the designated "dark" time. No one approached us to enforce the rule about swimming after dark. I left the pool around 8 pm, while they were still swimming. This experience left me feeling disappointed in the establishment, particularly because it appeared that certain individuals were allowed to bend the rules and receive special treatment.

The ambiance and the camping theme is quite unique. You get to see animals pass by

Would definitely recommend, the service was one of the best I have ever experienced.

The service was phenomenal so well done! And the whole setup was a great experience.

Well everything was amazing except privacy. People next to us was talking loud constantly so where you wanted to relax it really made it hard, they spoke very loud and laughed but non stop for 2 houers to a point where its annoying. And in the morning when all the tourist went down they where also talking loud and woke me up. I would recommend signs to be up to encourage more peace and quite” as not everyone understands “nature ethic” especially foreigners or people not use to the environment. Such a beautiful place but local campers understand nature ethic better than “luxury travelers”. In the middle of the night some machine also went off which woke me. Which is probably fine as some where I read about generators? 1am in the morning is a bit hectic tho so i definitely didn't get in all the sleep I wanted due to the noise and you on holiday to rest.

I liked the treatment from the Staff members. It was such an amazing experience. The food was great and the environment also was great.

I did not like the Bed, it was not Comfortable at all, especially for the couples you know. It is too old they must change it.

location to the park. food was good clean happy and attentive staff

The NOISE!!! The establishment and management needs to consider if they want a party venue or a quiet retreat for people paying to be in the bush away from the noise of city life!!!! I did NOT expect to be at a party venue the whole weekend!!! Saturday night there was WC Rugby which had people screaming and cheering till 23;00… , Sunday there was a private party at the swimming pool, where there was loud music the latter part of the afternoon and early evening, followed by a private party till 00:00 and the last guests left well after 01:00… there are signs “No loud music” but the establishment’s own facilities is allowing this… I was very disappointed and believe that management needs to have a stricter policy in this regard and consider WHAT type of guests they want to have return.

The location was beautiful and the accommodation was clean and new. Staff were great. Amazing value for money.

I was under the impression that it was in the Kruger National Park which it was not. This complicated things as we had alcohol with us and were not allowed to bring it into the park when we had tried to use a different entrance for ease of access from our location so we had to divert and drive around the park. I also think the buffet was a little sad and felt like an expensive braai.
